I am truly sorry that I cannot attend the project meeting to be held on next Tuesday afternoon.
The reason is that I am going to take a business to Shanghai by plane that day, so I will be unavailable for the meeting. However, considering the importance of the meeting, I will be grateful if you send me a brief record of the project progress by E-mail. I will check the record and send my feedback to you.

今天这篇文章，是要写给某个人的，她因为一件小事生了我的气，特此在这里写下这篇文章深表我的歉意。
这个误会是这样的：我写了一个故事，里面有我们班的同学，也有她，今天过去时那些同学说她们不喜欢那些名字，所以我让她们改了些好听的，但是今天她没来补课，所以就没改，现在她认为我们很讨厌她，认为她很丑，很差劲。
在这里我想对她说：其实我们并没有认为她很丑，她很差劲，也没有很讨厌她，相反，我们很喜欢她。
喜欢她有时的.正经，有时又疯起来;有时会故意惹我们生气，有时又会来逗我们开心。这样的一个她，我觉得才是完美的。
她人确实很好，能为我们排忧解难，尽管我们有时会发生些小冲突，但那仅仅是我们朋友路上的一颗绊脚石，我们也许会摔一跤，但摔了之后，能有个真心愿意扶你起来的人，那才是好的。
